Job Overview

Kalos Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Actuary to join our team in providing Medicaid actuarial consulting services for Value-Based Contracting.

This role involves providing consulting services and reviewing actuarial results from the beginning of the process to the finished product. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in Medicaid or a Value-Based Care ecosystem, with 5+ years of experience in the health actuarial space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide actuarial consulting services for Medicaid Value-Based Contracting
  • Review and analyze actuarial results to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Value-Based Care
Requirements
  • Strong experience working in Medicaid or a Value-Based Care ecosystem
  • 5+ years of experience in the health actuarial space
  • Savvy in SQL or Python
  • ASA or FSA Designation
  • Strong communication and project management skills
