Job Summary: Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team as a local contract employee in California.

Job Description:

  • Job Type: Local Contract
  • Shift: 12 hours, evenings, nights
  • Hours per Week: 36
  • Duration: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment.
  • Provide quality care to patients of all age groups, from newborn to elderly, according to department standards.
  • Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: Formal 2-year radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school, meeting requirements for registry by the ARRT.
  • Experience: 2 years with specific experience in CT Scan (computerized tomography) components.
  • Certification/Licensure: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in computed tomography, or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification (NMTCB) in computed tomography, or ARRT (R) or NMTCB certification and documented training on computed tomography.
  • State License: If required.
  • Certifications: American Heart Association BLS and CT registry within 6 months.
