Dishware Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishware Specialist to join our team at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our dishroom.

• Operate the dish machine to wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, and utensils.
• Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures to maintain optimal hygiene standards.
• Change water and store dish chemicals properly to prevent contamination.
• Set up and organize the dish racks to maximize efficiency.
• Remove trash and recyclables from the dishroom.
• Work well with others while following sanitation guidelines in the kitchen.

We offer a competitive salary of $10.50-$12.00 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
