  • Overseeing meal preparation to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Measuring and managing kitchen ingredients and food portions with precision.
  • Enforcing adherence to established kitchen standards, protocols, and sanitation practices among staff.
  • Managing kitchen inventory, ensuring that all supplies are fresh and of the highest quality.
  • Monitoring cooking temperatures and ensuring proper food storage practices.
  • Leading kitchen operations during opening and closing shifts, as directed by the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of four years of experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen.
  • Proficient knife skills and culinary techniques.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
