Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at NM REHAB INC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and daily functional activities, relieve pain, and increase strength.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial exams to evaluate patient data and identify problems
  • Develop and implement individually designed treatment plans to restore, improve, and maintain physical functioning
  • Provide quality care to patients with a wide range of injury or disease processes
  • Schedule patients efficiently to meet productivity goals
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely
  • Supervise support staff and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current New Mexico Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant state license in good standing
  • Ability to establish a clinical impression and patient problem list for patients with a wide range of injury or disease processes
  • Ability to design, implement, and execute an appropriate treatment plan
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of treatment techniques consistently and accurately
