About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team at First Watch - River Park. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interactions: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Table Management: Manage tables effectively, ensuring that guests receive prompt service and that tables are turned efficiently.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure seamless service and meet guest needs.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, taking orders, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and priorities with ease.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous guest service/serving experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
  • Certifications: Valid Food Handler Certificate required.
