We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time position supporting a K-12 caseload. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on students' daily functioning and academic success.

Position Overview
  • Caseload/Population: K-12th grade
  • Assignment Period: Full school year
  • Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide tailored occupational therapy services to students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' diverse needs
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success and well-being
  • Document and track student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning to ensure inclusive education
  • Encourage skill development that enhances students' ability to engage in daily school activities and achieve their full potential
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Pennsylvania OT licensure required
  • Experience in a school setting or with K-12 populations is preferred but not essential
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for working with children and adolescents to foster growth, independence, and positive outcomes
