Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events, including setup, registration, and tear-down.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, including communicating with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 to 8 hours.
