About the Role:

As a Phlebotomist at BioLife Plasma Services, you will play a vital role in collecting plasma from donors to help create life-changing medicines. Your commitment to customer service and quality will be essential in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results.
  • Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
