Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Developer to join our team at KnowAtom. As a Content Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our curriculum aligns with national education standards and best practices in instructional design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update teacher instructional materials, creating engaging and effective learning experiences for students.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and professional development communications, and create assets and tools for educators.
  • Support relationships with third parties, including reviewers, testers, and PD attendees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Deep understanding of K-8 science curriculum development and implementation.
  • Technical writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Next Generation Science Standards, 3-dimensional Learning, and assessment systems.
  • Process-driven approach to content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work on multiple assignments within tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a teacher leader, mentor, or administrator.
  • Knowledge of STEM curriculums.
  • General understanding of Computer Science or Robotics curriculums.
  • Proficiency in Teamwork and Adobe.
  • Experience in curriculum development, instructional coaching, or academic research.
