Key Responsibilities:

The Pet Care Supervisor will oversee the well-being, feeding, medication, and sanitation of our patients within the daycare and boarding services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating playtime for dogs in daycare.
  • Maintaining cleanliness through effective cleaning and laundry practices.
  • Bathing and feeding pets as required.
  • Walking dogs and observing their behavior.
  • Administering medications and ensuring proper recordkeeping.
  • Restocking supplies and assisting veterinary staff as needed.
Qualifications:

We seek candidates who possess:

  • Knowledge of sanitation and disinfection techniques.
  • Experience interpreting canine body language.
  • Skills in animal restraint and handling.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to animal care.
  • Compassionate approach to caring for sick or frightened animals.
  • Willingness to learn medication administration and recognize health issues.
  • Strong communication skills for following directions and maintaining teamwork.
