**Job Summary**
Connect Senior Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our Skilled Nursing Facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of resident care and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement resident care plans in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Supervise and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Current RN license in good standing and CPR certification.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Nursing administration experience.
- Experience with quality control and regulatory compliance.
