WHAT IS THE JOB?

We are seeking a committed team of food and beverage Runners/Bussers to join us in our mission to elevate the ordinary into the extraordinary. In this role, your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the expo line for incoming food orders, organizing them efficiently, and delivering food to the designated tables.
  • Monitoring the bar area for freshly prepared drinks and ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate tables.
  • Maintaining open communication with the kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders to address any guest concerns.
  • Engaging with guests in a friendly manner and fulfilling any additional requests following food and drink service.
  • Clearing used plates, utensils, and glassware from tables and transporting them to the designated washing area.
  • Ensuring that your service colleagues are well-equipped with glassware, plateware, and utensils at all service points.
  • Exuding enthusiasm and energy throughout each shift while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
  • Infusing the vibrant Austin spirit into our service model to create the ideal Electric Shuffle experience.
  • Collaborating effectively as part of a team, delivering consistent service with meticulous attention to detail, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrating excellent organizational skills and efficiency in your work.
  • Contributing innovative and creative ideas to enhance our operations.
