We are seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to join our team at Intercare Therapy. This role involves providing in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality services to clients in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavior management techniques

**Requirements:**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one completed college course, or currently enrolled in college
  • Ability to work variable hours per week, including afternoons and evenings
  • Own reliable transportation, valid driver's license, auto registration, and auto insurance
  • Proof of immunization records and TB clearance
  • Background check

**Compensation:** $18.50-$23.00 per hour. We offer a competitive salary, and your annual salary will be around $38,000 - $48,000 based on 20 hours/week part-time employment and assuming no additional pay increases.

**Service Areas:** Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Carlsbad, Oceanside, and surrounding areas.
