SSM Health Physical Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a float position based out of the Bridgeton Day Institute. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing high-quality occupational therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and with outpatient policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing interventions.
- Supervise and train occupational therapy assistants and aides to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to case management and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain positive relationships with facilities and clients.
- Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Occupational Therapist required.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
