The Opportunity
We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a store setting. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works, understanding customer needs and helping them find the best products. Your role will involve:
- Consistently executing our selling model in a fun, team environment
- Meeting sales goals and expectations during scheduled shifts
- Building a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, product recommendations, and sales conversion
- Supporting product replenishment activities to maintain a full and abundant store
- Assisting with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed
- Abiding by our values, policies, procedures, and safety messages
