  • Proficiency in MS Office is expected.
  • Strong communication skills are crucial.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities are required.
  • A strong customer-oriented mindset is essential.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are highly valued.
  • Intercultural awareness and reliability are important traits.
  • Responsibility for budget management, influencing costs and revenues up to USD 50,000.
  • Ability to conduct assessment screenings.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Capability to work under constant time pressure and high-stress conditions.
  • A valid permit to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
