Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive business process analysis and system evaluations related to taxpayer products transitioning to digital services.
  • Facilitating prioritization workshops and executive presentations.
  • Developing Lean Business Cases and preparing executive materials for briefings.
  • Implementing process enhancements and problem-solving initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in roadmap and solution planning.
  • Proficient in planning, scheduling, and engaging with stakeholders, alongside project management skills.
  • Experience in organizing, directing, and managing multiple complex project tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at senior executive levels within client organizations.
  • Experience in collaborating with leadership from other contractors.
  • Proficient in meeting with client and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring execution aligns with approved strategies.
  • Experience in implementing Taxpayer Experience Platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and management tools.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and other software development practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of an active IRS MBI Clearance.

Work Environment:
This position is hybrid, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
