WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION

Hourly Rate: $26 - $30

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming calls and greet customers warmly, handling multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Assist customers in selecting products by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance and respond to technical inquiries.
  • Identify alternative products to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Utilize various resources, including POS systems and catalogs, to research and source products for customers.
  • Input sales orders into the POS system for invoicing or cash transactions.
  • Process returns and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries regarding information, quotes, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers about any potential delays or issues with their orders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, recognizing regular clients by name.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized through regular stocking and display maintenance.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, balancing customer satisfaction with business needs.
  • Adhere to company pricing and credit policies.

QUALIFICATIONS
