Strategic Operations Analyst

About the Role:

The Strategic Operations Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of various administrative operations and management practices within the Professional Services Division. Using qualitative and quantitative techniques, this individual will evaluate current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing effective solutions to enhance organizational productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyzing Complex Data: Conduct thorough analyses of complex data, using tools like automated tracking systems and spreadsheet software to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Developing Recommendations: Based on findings, develop actionable recommendations to address issues related to efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational design, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with managers and program officials to gather information, provide expertise, and facilitate decision-making, promoting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Presenting Findings: Communicate complex results effectively through presentations, reports, and written summaries, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience: Three years of experience in a related area, preferably in strategic operations, management consulting, or business analysis.
• Skills: Proficiency in automated tracking systems, word processing, and spreadsheet software; excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
