Meridian Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, attractiveness, and maintenance of our community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee and manage the maintenance and repair of all community facilities and equipment.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure the community remains safe and well-maintained.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage the community's maintenance budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  • Perform regular inspections of the community to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that the community remains safe and well-maintained.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant work experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Proficiency in basic carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing
  • Ability to perform resident room renovation
  • Familiarity with fire and life safety prevention equipment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Meet all health requirements and pass background checks
