About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commission Analyst to join our team at Varonis. As a Commission Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our sales commission payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate, analyze, and monitor the validity of monthly commission payments for our sales team.
  • Identify and address emerging challenges in our commission system.
  • Communicate and resolve sales team queries related to their compensation.
  • Analyze commission figures for our sales team and provide insights for improvement.
  • Support and execute commission plans for each of our sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Management.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of drive and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude, flexibility, and self-motivation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
