Role Overview: The RN House Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. This position involves leading nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and contributing to a multidisciplinary treatment approach that prioritizes patient safety and well-being.
Key Duties Include:
Leadership in Patient Care: Directs the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing services, showcasing clinical expertise and fostering a therapeutic environment. Staffing Coordination: Manages staffing levels based on patient needs, working closely with scheduling teams to optimize admissions and discharges. Treatment Oversight: Monitors patient progress, making informed recommendations aligned with treatment goals, and addressing medical needs to enhance care. Clinical Guidance: Provides supervision and mentorship to nursing staff and mental health specialists, offering constructive feedback to promote best practices. Emergency Response Leadership: Takes charge during emergency situations, communicating effectively with senior management and serving as a liaison among patients, families, and healthcare teams. Personnel Management: Oversees staff activities, including orientation, performance evaluations, and employee relations, while anticipating staffing needs and providing proactive solutions.Qualifications:
