In this role as an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers of our clients and scheduling appointments for them. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and navigate CRM systems.
