Key Responsibilities- Installation and Setup: Complete complex audio/video installs, setup, and calibration of control systems, and satellite/cable systems.
- System Design and Troubleshooting: Design and implement control systems, including lighting, shading, and theater room installations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Programming and Training: Complete programming of advanced systems, including Control4 and Lutron. Provide training to colleagues on system design, installation, and setup.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide support and maintenance for legacy and third-party products and systems. Ensure multi-room systems are set up and functioning correctly.
- Security and Networking: Design and implement advanced security systems and networking/data system designs.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in all Senior level qualifications, including CEDIA ESTIII and Control4 Tech 2 certifications.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven, with the ability to work on rotating on-call service schedules.
- Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of field experience, with a clean driving record and background check.
