Product Manager - Allspice Platform

Capital One's Real Time Decisioning As A Service (DaaS) organization is seeking a Product Manager to work on our Allspice platform, a Capital One developed platform that powers experiences across millions of customers and prospects.

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of new frameworks, capabilities, and tools that enable our Card business to quickly create, test, and scale card products to offer to prospects.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about working with new and emerging technologies and understands how to scale those platforms for enterprise usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, prioritizing, capability delivery, and product roll-out strategy.
  • Continually drive to understand customer needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions.
  • Develop and lead customer research, prototyping, and test and learn agendas with a focus on building MVP experiences to learn about hypotheses.
  • Partner with world-class software engineers to design, deliver, and sustain functionalities and find opportunities to deliver real-time, personalized, and contextual experiences for our customers.
  • Lead grooming activities within an Agile team, specifically defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and feedback loops with leaders and stakeholders who manage the downstream operations and processes that depend on the capabilities and performance of our platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
  • At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile product management.
