Job Title: Senior Windows Server Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Server Architect to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Windows server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Windows server infrastructure to meet organizational needs
  • Analyze, design, implement, administer, secure, maintain, and support the department's Windows Server / Active Directory-based environment
  • Function as a technical team lead for Active Directory / Windows environment, providing oversight on daily activities, setting priorities, mentoring, and communicating significant problems or issues to management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop consensus, drive results, and execute projects across the organization on time and within budget
  • Manage several simultaneous projects from conception through implementation
  • Contribute to standards and design patterns, delivering solutions tailored to internal business requirements
  • Oversee available technologies and utilities installed on Windows infrastructure
  • Participate in the identification of vulnerabilities and their mitigation
  • Participate in the analysis and redesign of existing infrastructure systems and services
  • Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of future infrastructure systems and services
  • Create and maintain documentation on SOPs and System Design
  • Research, evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies
  • Perform capacity planning, upgrades, and expansion of Active Directory environment
Requirements:
  • At least 12+ years of experience with core Wintel technology
  • Preferably CCA/MCSA/MCSE certified
  • Practical working knowledge of Wintel technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Services, Single Sign-on services, File and Print Services, and Microsoft-based configuration and software update management systems
  • Ability to work and document proof of concepts (POCs), assessments, detailed evaluations reports, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating accountability and ownership over and above assigned tasks
  • Strong analytical and logical thought process to independently drive and influence positive changes
