You will work closely with the Clinical Director to promote the utilization of the Surgery Center and develop strategies for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Your strong communication and leadership skills will enable you to build effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and patients alike.
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a medically-related environment, preferably in a surgery center setting. An associate's degree (bachelor's preferred) and proficiency in computer software, including Excel, Word, and Medical Billing Software, are also essential.
