KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to incoming calls and warmly greet customers, managing multiple inquiries simultaneously with professionalism.
  • Guide customers in selecting products by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs.
  • Provide assistance with product troubleshooting and address technical inquiries.
  • Identify alternative products to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Utilize various resources, including point-of-sale systems and catalogs, to research and source products for customers.
  • Process sales orders through the point-of-sale system for invoicing or cash transactions.
  • Handle customer returns and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow up on customer requests for information, quotes, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding any potential delays or issues with their orders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, recognizing regular clients by name.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized through regular stocking and display maintenance.
  • Address customer complaints and disputes professionally and promptly, balancing customer satisfaction with business needs.
  • Adhere to company pricing and credit policies.

QUALIFICATIONS
