Join Our Team as a Restaurant Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests with a smile, receiving orders, processing payments, and responding to customer issues.
  • Operate cash registers or point of sale devices, using value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
  • Verify the accuracy of guests' orders and prepare and package food and drink products.
  • Clean kitchen areas, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils, as well as dining rooms, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas and unload and stock inventory items as needed.
  • Perform duties at multiple workstations, including front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, and expediter.
  • Promptly and regularly attend assigned shifts and follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
  • Work to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant and respond to guests' needs in a professional and polite manner.
  • Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers and work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
