Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care services, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as charting and data entry.

Requirements:

  • High School/GED required.
  • Completed a minimum of one year of clinical experience within an academic nursing program.
  • Completed the following educational courses and clinical experience: Fundamentals of Nursing and Pharmacology, including medication administration.
  • Currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited Associated Degree, Diploma, or Baccalaureate Professional Nursing Program.
  • BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period.
