Requirements:
  • Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota is mandatory.
  • No prior experience is required; we are willing to train the right individual.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one nursing care as per the physician's care plan.
  • Monitor and report any significant changes in the client's health status to the family and the clinical team.
  • Obtain necessary physician orders to address evolving care needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date care plan, including medication profiles and physician's orders.
  • Document care provided accurately and thoroughly during each shift.
  • Offer guidance and support to clients and their families.

Compensation:
