**Job Summary**
The Guest Reception Representative plays a vital role in representing Bluegreen Vacations professionally at all times. This position requires a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet Guests with a Smile: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all visitors, customers, and guests in the reception area and/or over the phone.
- Answer and Direct Calls: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Represent Bluegreen Vacations: Maintain a positive working relationship with Sales, Marketing, and Admin teams, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and associates alike.
- Process Guest Registration: Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms, assisting guests with any questions they may have and ensuring accurate information is collected.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain a superior level of data integrity by accurately assigning guests to Sales Representatives, logging customer complaints, and updating information in Concierge.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Answer all incoming calls, research customer issues, and escalate to a manager/supervisor as needed to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests, associates, and management.
- Multitasking and Organization: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.
