Our team-oriented unit has an average nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, providing opportunities for critical thinking and time management skills development. We are a close-knit team that supports each other and provides the best care for our community.

What You Can Expect

* Part-time, 2 x 12-hour shifts per week (self-scheduling model)
* Night shift opportunities with shift differentials
* Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for new hires
* Certification pay (e.g., PCCN, CVRN)
* Strong shared governance structure supporting clinical practice and professional development
* Team Nursing Model to enhance staff support and patient safety

Responsibilities

* Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care

Minimum Qualifications

* Nursing degree
* One (1) year of RN experience
* Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification through American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Health & Safety Institute
