Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with resolving issues, providing service quotes, and establishing customer accounts.
  • Provide high-level customer service, offer alternatives to cancellation requests, and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Collaborate with a team of customer service representatives to meet overall call center objectives and enhance the customer service function.
  • Use Tower system to gather information, provide information, and/or update customer records.
Requirements
  • Ability to handle a heavy volume of calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and strong typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, react well under pressure, and treat others with respect.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, prioritize and plan work activities, and work efficiently and effectively as a team.
Work Environment

This is a normal office setting with no CDL required.
