Job Overview

As a key member of our Retail team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and retail locations. This includes receiving and processing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and preparing product for distribution to our Team Stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt and processing of shipments from vendors
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track discrepancies
  • Utilize retail point-of-sale system to stock product and manage inventory
  • Transfer product from warehouse location to retail locations throughout the stadium
  • Coordinate the transportation of product to and from retail locations
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and inventory
  • Assist in conducting physical inventory throughout the calendar year
  • Support Senior Coordinator - Retail Warehouse with opening warehouse procedures
  • Lead closing of the Warehouse
  • Prepare pulling documents
  • Communicate product movement from the warehouse to the stores

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two years of retail warehouse experience
  • Prior experience working with point of sale (POS) system is preferred
  • Able to lead a team and hold accountable to warehouse standards
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work well individually and with a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and retail POS/Inventory systems

Work Environment

  • Able to stand for entire length of 6-8 hour shift
  • Able to walk up and down stairs frequently
  • Bending, reaching, and climbing on step stool/ladder
  • Visual acuity to sufficiently see and distinguish merchandise and operate point-of-sale system
