Program Overview
The Providence RN Fellowship Program is a comprehensive training program designed to support new graduates or experienced RNs in transitioning to a new specialty. Our program offers a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a guided transition into the Acute Care specialty
- Develop skills and knowledge through structured curriculum and hands-on learning
- Work closely with experienced preceptors to gain practical experience
- Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- One (1) year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
