**Job Summary:**

Stokes Hodges Aiken Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and reliable part-time receptionist/service coordinator for the service department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments for service
  • Set up rentals for customers
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks as needed
  • Greet customers in the Service Department

**Requirements:**

  • Be energetic and self-motivated
  • Have excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Be dependable and punctual
  • Have good computer/data entry skills
  • Be able to multitask
  • Be a quick learner and a good team player

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Customer service experience
