Tufts Medicine is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing interventional radiology procedures on patients, ensuring accurate and timely results, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform interventional radiology procedures on patients according to policy and radiological standards.
- Verify patient and procedure information, provide clear instructions, and ensure correct imaging protocol.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other departments to coordinate care and ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and functional work environment, adhering to DPH and The Joint Commission standards.
- Train and educate students and/or technologists on proper procedures and techniques.
- Associate degree in Radiology or related field.
- Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT).
- Radiologic Technologist state license eligible.
- Four (4) years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Basic Life Support Certification.
