Industrial Crane Technician

**Job Summary:**

Morgan Engineering Systems Inc is seeking a skilled Industrial Crane Technician to join our team in the Detroit, Michigan area. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial overhead cranes and mill equipment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial overhead cranes and mill equipment
* Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
* Complete welding and fabrication tasks as needed
* Read and interpret machine schematics and manuals
* Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient equipment operation

**Requirements:**

* 1+ year of crane repair experience
* 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple devices
