Our facility is equipped with a private On-Site Operating Facility that is fully dedicated to cosmetic surgery, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients from consultation through recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their medical history and determine the most suitable surgical options.
- Providing detailed explanations of the risks and benefits associated with proposed surgical procedures.
- Preparing patients for both surgical and non-surgical interventions.
- Prescribing necessary medications and offering comprehensive aftercare.
- Managing administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate patient records and clinic protocols.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree and valid medical license in the state of Iowa.
- Completion of a residency program in plastic surgery.
- Advanced training and courses in cosmetic surgery.
- Significant practical experience in surgical procedures.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a compassionate bedside manner.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Attractive compensation package ranging from $300k to $400k or a percentage of billables.
