Ochsner Health is seeking a skilled RN Clinical Lead to join our Pediatric Clinic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing guidance to our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead administrative efforts for clinicians, including staffing, purchasing, and scheduling.
- Organize and implement interventions to promote patient safety and meet patient needs.
- Provide care based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety, and related criteria.
- Participate in activities aimed at evaluating or improving patient and financial outcomes.
- Ensure cross-training of employees and adjust schedules to meet the needs of the clinic.
Requirements:
- Registered nurse diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- 5 years of related experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required.
