As a Customer Service Representative at QUICKPIX, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service that distinguishes us in a competitive market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome all customers with a friendly demeanor.
  • Assist customers promptly and professionally.
  • Manage cash register operations, process various payment methods, and maintain accurate cash levels.
  • Ensure that coffee and other refreshments are consistently available and at optimal quality.
  • Restock and organize merchandise to maintain product availability.
  • Continuously seek improvements in store presentation and cleanliness.
  • Keep the checkout area tidy and organized.
  • Complete assigned tasks from management and adapt to unexpected duties as they arise.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as sweeping and organizing outdoor areas.
  • Rotate stock to ensure product freshness.
  • Handle lottery terminal operations.
  • Open and close the cash register as required.
  • Ensure all necessary reports are printed at the end of your shift.
  • Carry out cleaning duties that may be challenging during peak hours.


ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude towards customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
  • Practice good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to assist customers effectively.
  • Support customers with inquiries or issues, including providing assistance at pump islands.
  • Conduct housekeeping tasks, including cleaning various areas of the store.
  • Complete shift reports and cash accountability procedures.
  • Stock merchandise and assist with vendor check-ins.
  • Perform any other tasks as directed by management.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members throughout the shift.
  • Must wear a uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
  • Capability to stand for the majority of the shift and walk frequently.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing between 15 to 45 lbs.
  • Must be able to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Normal hearing and vision capabilities are required for effective customer service.


MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
  • Competence in reading and understanding various operational documents.
  • Strong mathematical skills for handling cash and transactions.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude.
