Work Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

As a Metal Stamping Press Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate press machinery to manufacture high-quality components while meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate press machinery and execute tasks on various components as directed by the setup manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of production counts and operational data.
  • Inspect parts against specifications and standards.
  • Ensure all safety mechanisms and equipment are functional and in place.
  • Implement Lock Out/Tag Out procedures as necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with strong verbal communication, reading, and math skills.
  • Completion of company training programs in safety protocols is required.
  • Training in blueprint reading and the use of inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and protractors is necessary.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced setting are essential.
