Farm-to-ECE Educator

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to join our Farm-to-ECE program at A Kid's World. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our children.

• Develop and implement farm-themed activities and lessons that promote hands-on learning and exploration.
• Collaborate with lead teachers to design and deliver developmentally appropriate farm-based curriculum.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members, promoting a sense of community and belonging.

• High school diploma or equivalent; childcare credentials or coursework are a plus.
• Previous experience in childcare or education is preferred.
• Ability to work until 6:30 PM daily and commit to the farm-to-ECE lifestyle.
• Team player mentality, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
