Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Tech to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular imaging and be able to work effectively in a team setting.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality catheterization procedures, including coronary and peripheral angiograms
- Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and angiography systems
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Provide exceptional patient care and education, including pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure follow-up
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Ability to lift and move patients and equipment, as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
