Estimated Annual Salary: $200,000 - $300,000This competitive salary is based on industry standards and reflects the importance of this role in driving clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for annual bonuses tied to quality metrics and other performance-based incentives.
Job DescriptionAs a Family Medicine Specialist at Oak Street Health, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services to older adults in our community-based clinics. Your duties will include:
- Assessing and diagnosing patients' medical conditions
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Prescribing and administering medications as needed
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty
- Active, non-probationary state medical license
- Current DEA registration
