MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Officer to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance work with contractors and service providers.
  • Prepare and manage property-related documentation, including lease agreements, renewal contracts, and maintenance reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of property budgets and financial reports.
  • Ensure that properties are well-presented and adhere to company standards.
  • Assist in the leasing process, including property viewings and tenant screenings.
  • Support the Property Manager in administrative tasks and other duties as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum a Local Poly Diploma in Property / Facilities management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in property / facilities management.
  • Candidate who possess FSM will be advantageous.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
