Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work in a Long Term Care facility in Merrimac Valley, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long Term Care facility
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and technologies

Requirements:

  • Active RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
  • 1 year of experience in a Long Term Care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
