Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OTB Lead to join our team at Churchill Downs Louisiana Horseracing Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer relations, directing and supervising hourly staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accurate counting, balancing, and preparation of shipments.
  • Collaborate with facility managers to promote a harmonious working relationship.
  • Monitor and report accidents and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Racing Commission License.
  • Must be able to obtain a Tech 1 License.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of related work experience.
  • Must consent to and successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
